Remember how I said I’d never seen anybody dressed up “Alaskan style”? Well now I have.
Kurt and I went out to a restaurant/karaoke bar last night (I sang “Te aviso, te anuncio” by Shakira, FYI), and I saw a girl there rocking a full-on, fluffy fur hat and fur boots. Hat AND boots. Doing the Electric Slide on the dance floor. I was almost giddy with glee and wonderment over her dubious sartorial choices. What drives a person to wear a fur hat and boots for a night on the town? Maybe she was just cold.
Maybe it’s because Fur Rendezvous just kicked off. Yeah, we have a rendezvous just for fur.
Jealous?
P.S. Fur girl, you totally made my night. Even though I think fur is morally reprehensible.
P.P.S. Morals aside, a rabbit-fur coat would be nice.
