Valentine’s Day II

Despite having to work, I had a pretty great Valentine’s Day. I delivered cookies to my family and my coworkers.

Note that I made peanut butter blossoms with both milk and dark chocolate kisses. Unfortunately I forgot that my sister has a peanut allergy. Sorry Lara!

These are the cookies my mom made. Yeah, they’re prettier than mine. It’s fine.

I told Kurt that all I wanted for Valentine’s Day was for him to have dinner ready when I got home from work, and I was not disappointed. He made enchiladas and got me a Littlest Pet Shop owl.

It comes with accessories!

And as for my valentines… Ok, I know I said that I was going to make my own, and I was. I really was. It sort of snuck up on me and the next thing I knew, it was 9:30PM on February 13th, and I was standing in the craft aisle at the grocery store looking for valentine supplies, and there was nothing. So I went to the valentine section and did the unthinkable:

Stop judging me.

I’ll make my valentines next year. Ok, no I won’t. But next year I’ll buy them a few days earlier so that I can get kitten valentines instead of Batman. No offense to Batman, but kittens are more valentine-y.
