I don't think it was ever on TV here. I hope you feel better now! My dog is a Bichon Frise, and about the skirts and dresses, they're the only thing I can actually wear. I don't feel comfortable in pants, and it doesn't feel that much colder to wear skirts than pants. You just need to wear thick tights I guess!
